As the Owner & CEO of BNB Tax Enterprise, my role goes beyond preparing tax returns. I lead, train, mentor, and support my team while making sure we operate professionally and follow IRS guidelines. My goal is to give every tax professional who joins BNB the knowledge, tools, confidence, and support they need to grow and become successful in this industry.

I am looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, teachable, professional, and ready to learn. Previous tax experience is great, but it is not required. I would rather work with someone who is willing to learn and put in the work than someone who thinks they already know everything.

Come ready to attend training, ask questions, learn IRS guidelines, become comfortable with the software, build your clientele, and represent yourself and BNB Tax Enterprise professionally.

I created BNB Tax Enterprise with the vision of building more than just a tax company. I wanted to create an environment where people could learn a valuable skill, grow professionally, and have the opportunity to create additional income for themselves and their families.

At BNB, we believe in quality over quantity. Our tax professionals receive extensive training, hands-on guidance, software, resources, and one-on-one support. You are not expected to know everything when you walk through the door—that is what training is for. What matters most is your willingness to learn, stay consistent, and take your opportunity seriously

You do not have to have everything figured out before you start. I believe success comes from being willing to learn, staying consistent, asking questions, and applying what you are taught.

BNB will provide the training, tools, guidance, and support, but you have to bring the effort and dedication.
